1. Stop drinking teh ais (T. T )
2. Eating brown rice; if its white I need to control the portion
3. Love-hate nasi lemak and roti canai once a month, so dying to eat but holding myself
4. Avoid sweet foods and drinks -.- cookies...ooo..cookies
5. Eat whatever vege 🚫not taugeh :P
6. Money for fitness; lots of
- clean food
- transport to attend prog
- joining fitness geek
7. Doing cardio and circuit, walking 2km
8. Counting daily calories
9. Cooking is better than buying
10. Last but not least Eating carrot like 🐰 rabbit
One day if I start give up, Please reminds me I do this because I love myself, my spouse to be and I enjoys all those thing to be healthy<3
